Key Responsibilities
Qualtrics Survey Design & Implementation
- Develop and configure employee experience surveys using Qualtrics.
- Leverage Text iQ for sentiment analysis and text mining of open feedback.
- Integrate AI-driven insights to identify trends and improvement areas.
Analytics & Insights
- Build customized dashboards to visualize survey results for stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Use AI analytics to highlight workforce engagement patterns.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align survey strategies with organizational goals.
- Partner with clients to drive HR transformation using feedback insights.
- Present findings in a compelling, executive-ready format.
Must-Have Skills
- 1+ year of Qualtrics Employee Experience (EX) platform experience.
- Strong knowledge of Text iQ, sentiment analysis, and AI analytics.
- Proficiency in building dashboards and reports in Qualtrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive employee experience improvements.
Preferred Skills
- Additional expertise in HR analytics and people insights.
- Familiarity with EX program design, survey methodology, and workforce engagement strategies.
