Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – PMO at Deloitte, your core responsibilities will include:
- Gathering, documenting, and managing comprehensive business requirements for capital markets projects.
- Developing detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and test scenarios to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Coordinating and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple global teams and time zones.
- Managing legacy system decommissioning projects to ensure smooth business transitions and readiness.
- Communicating project status updates, risk factors, and UAT outcomes clearly and timely to stakeholders.
- Utilizing Excel, JIRA, and Confluence for tracking requirements, managing workflows, and documenting project progress.
- Managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in Business Analysis or Project Management within the capital markets domain.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, test scenario creation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Hands-on proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Experience in legacy system decommissioning projects.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, risk management, and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
