Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Technical Excellence
- Understand and document clients’ business processes and requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop actionable business cases.
- Gather information through interviews, research, and workshops.
- Apply EY advisory methodology and consulting principles in client engagements.
- Develop sector expertise, including trends, challenges, and key players.
- Support senior consultants by analyzing problems, preparing recommendations, and implementing solutions.
- Manage work streams within projects and assist in leading junior analysts.
Client Interaction & Reporting
- Prepare high-quality documentation and reports.
- Develop Excel models and perform detailed business analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members across geographies.
- Participate in corporate social and team-building initiatives.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex business challenges.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of research methodologies (primary and secondary research).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interaction.

Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech or CA + MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
