Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans with defined scope, schedule, and resources.
- Establish milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and goals.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct project meetings, track progress, and provide status updates.
- Resolve conflicts and align teams with client expectations.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate risks, issues, and project status with transparency.
- Manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
Risk Management & Reporting
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Use project management tools for real-time tracking and reporting.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- 7–12 years of project management experience.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
Preferred:
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Experience in consulting or working with global clients.
- Strong decision-making and stakeholder management abilities.
