About the Role: Senior Consultant – People Analytics
As a Senior Consultant in People Analytics at Deloitte, you will be the strategic partner driving data-driven HR transformation initiatives for leading organizations. You’ll guide clients in harnessing the power of workforce data to create actionable insights that influence talent strategies, organizational design, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted People Analytics ambassador, educating clients on the benefits and possibilities of data-driven HR solutions.
- Develop and implement People Analytics strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with client HR and leadership teams to translate business challenges into analytic solutions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data; create engaging, insight-driven reports using storytelling techniques.
- Identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to enhance organizational performance.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including solution design, client collaboration, and results presentation.
- Build and nurture client relationships to expand business opportunities and co-create innovative solutions.
- Lead the development of analytic assets, methodologies, and thought leadership materials including white papers and presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Deloitte to develop scalable products and increase client adoption of analytics tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA from a top-tier business school or Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in People Analytics, HR consulting, or organizational transformation.
- Strong expertise in workforce analytics, talent strategy, organizational culture, change management, and business readiness.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and programming languages such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, R, or Python is highly desirable.
- Advanced skills in data interpretation, statistical modeling, and large dataset manipulation.
- Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills for creating compelling presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to deliver actionable business insights and drive client value.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing stakeholder engagement and influencing senior leaders.
