About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in Oracle Fusion Financials, you will lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and optimizations to support clients’ financial processes. Your expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Financial modules will help businesses streamline operations and enhance financial reporting. You will guide project teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide strategic insights on Oracle ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor development teams to ensure successful Oracle Fusion Financials project delivery.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and clients to understand and translate financial requirements into technical Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations: solution design, data migration, system testing, user training, and post-deployment support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues in Oracle Financials applications.
- Advise clients on best practices, process improvements, and system optimizations for Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Integrate Oracle Financials with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud Financials latest features, upgrades, and industry trends.
- Support multiple time zones and flexible schedules to meet client needs.
- Foster knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, consulting, or support.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial modules: AP, AR, GL, FA.
- Proven ability to lead and manage Oracle ERP project teams.
- Experience with end-to-end ERP lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced qualifications like MBA or CA are a plus.
