Deloitte India is hiring a skilled Senior Consultant – Oracle FCCS for its Finance Transformation team in Mumbai (PAN India eligible). This is a high-impact consulting role for professionals with hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and financial reporting transformation. 🔍 Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant – Oracle FCCS, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end Oracle FCCS implementations for global clients.
• Implementing Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), FDMEE, Smart View, and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR).
• Delivering statutory and management reporting, including:
  • IFRS, Multi-GAAP, Intercompany Eliminations, Currency Translations, and CbCr Reporting.
• Developing and optimizing metadata, business rules, and calc scripts in FCCS/HFM.
• Designing data integrations across FCCS, ERP, and HCM platforms using Data Management or FDMEE.
• Managing security setup, user provisioning, and access control.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on Finance Transformation strategy and delivery.
• Providing functional expertise in Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.

💡 Skills & Competencies

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Deep knowledge of Oracle FCCS and Oracle EPM Cloud suite.
• Strong implementation experience in Hyperion tools (HFM, FCM, FDMEE, Smart View).
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing business rules, calc manager scripts, and metadata models.
• Functional understanding of finance reporting structures and accounting standards.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage project timelines and coordinate with internal and client teams.
• A consultative mindset with experience in client-facing environments.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation, with a focus on FCCS/HFM.
• Prior consulting experience, especially with Big 4 or leading tech/finance consultancies, is preferred.

• Location: PAN India (Base location: Mumbai)
• Work Model: Hybrid (In-office + Remote flexibility)
• Travel: May be required for client engagements based on project scope
