Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Cost Management, Taxation).
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, VAT, and TDS.
- Manage P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes:
- 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way invoice matching
- Purchase requisition to invoice reconciliation
- Order Management (OM) and Shipping Execution
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and client teams.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure smooth Oracle EBS operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize finance processes and implement best practices.
Skills
- Deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12.x Finance modules.
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Cost Management, and Taxation.
- Hands-on experience in P2P and O2C cycles, including invoice matching and order management.
- Proficiency in business process mapping, configuration, and system integration.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven track record in Oracle EBS implementation, configuration, and support.
- Ability to lead projects, manage client expectations, and mentor team members.
- Familiarity with compliance, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting.
