Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Oracle EBS R12.x Finance module implementations and support, focusing on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Cost Management.
- Ensure accurate processing and compliance of taxation modules including GST, VAT, Withholding Tax (TDS).
- Manage and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Perform invoice matching activities: 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way matching to enhance financial accuracy.
- Handle Oracle EBS Order Management (OM) and Shipping Execution processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT teams to deliver end-to-end finance solutions.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle EBS Finance modules.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.x Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
- In-depth understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) financial processes.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation frameworks like GST, VAT, and TDS within Oracle EBS.
- Experience with Oracle Order Management and Shipping Execution modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Proven problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
