Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle EBS R12.x Finance implementations including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Cost Management.
- Support P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) cycles, including 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way matching.
- Collaborate with supply chain, production, and finance teams for process integration.
- Prepare and maintain documentation: BR100, FRS, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Monitor data accuracy, integrity, and standardization across finance modules.
- Analyze Oracle Financials tables and views, and leverage SQL for reporting and troubleshooting.
- Drive taxation compliance including GST/VAT, Withholding/TDS within Oracle EBS modules.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables for internal and client-facing projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules (R12.x).
- Strong hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Cost Management, Taxation.
- Understanding of manufacturing finance processes, including standard costing and WIP accounting.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and Oracle Financials tables.
- Strong documentation skills (BR100, Test Scripts, FRS, User Manuals).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Graduate in Finance, Accounting, or IT; Oracle certifications preferred.
