Summary
Deloitte India is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Oracle EBS (R12.x Finance Modules) to join its Oracle Consulting practice in Delhi. This role is ideal for professionals with 5–10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Cost Management, and Taxation (GST/VAT, TDS).
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, finance transformation projects, and cross-functional integrations with supply chain and production teams. You will also collaborate on solution design, testing, documentation, and delivery, while working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Oracle EBS, you will:
- Lead and deliver Oracle EBS R12.x Finance module implementations.
- Manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash & Cost Management, and Taxation (GST/VAT, TDS).
- Work across P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) cycles, including:
- Purchase requisition to invoice matching
- 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way matching
- Order Management (OM) and Shipping Execution
- Prepare project documentation such as BR100s, Test Scripts, User Manuals, and FRS documents.
- Perform SQL-based data analysis and manage Oracle Financials tables and views.
- Support manufacturing finance processes (e.g., standard costing, WIP accounting).
- Collaborate with supply chain and production teams for seamless financial integrations.
- Contribute to testing, issue resolution, and gap analysis.
Skills & Expertise Required
- Strong Oracle EBS R12.x Finance expertise across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Taxation.
- In-depth knowledge of P2P and O2C cycles.
- Strong documentation skills (BR100, Test Scripts, User Manuals, FRS).
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle Financials data structures.
- Good understanding of manufacturing finance and cost accounting.
- Hands-on implementation and support project experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields.
- 5–10+ years of Oracle EBS functional consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, ERP integrations, and Oracle financial workflows.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements and project delivery.
