Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services including compute, storage, networking, and databases.
• Monitor and optimize OCI resources for enhanced performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
• Design, implement, and maintain OCI infrastructure components such as Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), subnets, and security lists.
• Configure and enforce security policies including Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security, and encryption to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to maintain a secure cloud environment.
• Troubleshoot OCI infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation scripts using Terraform, Ansible, or OCI CLI for streamlined deployment and management.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to integrate OCI services into application deployments.
• Provide technical guidance and support for OCI-related challenges to team members and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) engineering and administration.
• Proficiency with OCI components including compute, storage, networking (VCNs), databases, and security frameworks.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or OCI CLI.
• Experience with cloud security best practices including IAM configuration, data encryption, and compliance standards.
• Proven track record of implementing scalable and cost-effective OCI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Ability to perform security audits, vulnerability assessments, and enforce regulatory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills for cloud infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional client visits in Mumbai.
