Key Responsibilities
OneStream Development & Implementation
- Lead the technical design, configuration, and deployment of OneStream XF solutions.
- Develop dashboards, cube views, business rules, workflows, and data integrations.
- Manage integrations with ERP systems, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
- Optimize performance, oversee deployments, and support UAT cycles.
Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work closely with functional consultants and enterprise clients to gather requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
- Document solution architecture, processes, and testing procedures.
Process Optimization
- Analyze “as-is” processes and design efficient “to-be” automation and workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in EPM, OneStream, and cloud integration.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in OneStream XF (dashboards, extensible dimensionality, business rules, data management).
- Proficiency in VB.NET, SQL, and XML.
- Experience with OneStream integration tools: FTP, REST APIs, SQL connectors.
- Understanding of financial processes: consolidation, planning, and reporting.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
- OneStream certifications preferred.
Soft Skills
- Leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Strong project management (DevOps) skills, including planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication for client interactions and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- 6-8 years of experience in EPM implementations, with 3-4 years specifically in OneStream.
Location and Work Model
- Base location: PAN India (Bengaluru preferred).
- Hybrid working model; occasional client site visits may be required.
