Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant for D365 F&O SCM at Deloitte, you will:
1. Client Implementation & Support
- Lead and manage the implementation of D365 F&O for clients, with a strong focus on SCM modules such as inventory, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their business requirements and propose tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Manage the full project lifecycle: from requirements gathering, design, implementation, to testing and go-live.
2. Supply Chain Management Expertise
- Provide expert knowledge on D365 F&O SCM modules, including warehouse management, transportation management, and master planning.
- Oversee the integration of Microsoft products into SCM operations, improving data migration, management, and FastTrack go-live assessments.
3. Team Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (functional and technical) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead client-facing meetings, presenting solutions and project progress effectively.
- Manage project risks, scope, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
4. Global Delivery Model & Flexibility
- Be flexible in working within a global delivery model, occasionally traveling for onsite support as needed.
- Contribute to the global SCM strategy at Deloitte by implementing best practices and maintaining high-quality delivery.
Skills Required
The ideal Senior Consultant will have the following:
- 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), with a strong emphasis on Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting SCM modules such as Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, Order to Cash, and Warehouse Management.
- Experience with data migration, FastTrack go-live, and Lifecycle Services for project design and planning.
- Proficiency in incident management tools and managing project risks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work within a team-oriented environment and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable with the onsite-offshore global delivery model and occasional travel.
Educational & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Preferred Certification:
- MB-330: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management.
- PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals (desirable but not required).
