Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end full stack architecture for SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across the enterprise landscape.
- Define development standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for full stack teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee SAP UI5/Fiori, SAP BTP services, Node.js, and Java development.
- Drive integration strategies with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, and third-party APIs.
- Mentor developers, lead code reviews, and ensure maintainable, high-quality code.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project delivery management.
- Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance full stack development processes.
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Skills & Expertise
- 5–9 years of experience in full stack development and architecture in SAP ecosystems.
- Expertise in SAP UI5/Fiori, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, and SAP BTP services.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of front-end frameworks, responsive design, and UX/UI principles.
- Proven experience leading development teams and driving architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile methodology skills.
- Relevant certifications in SAP UI5/Fiori or full stack technologies are advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BE, or related engineering discipline.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 5–9 years of professional experience in SAP full stack architecture and Java development.
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade SAP applications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mentoring skills.
