Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – IT Strategy, you will:
- Advise clients on enterprise IT strategy, technology transformation, and digital initiatives.
- Lead business and technology workshops to capture “as-is” processes and define future-state technology requirements.
- Design and implement enterprise-level architecture across layers: presentation, business logic, data, infrastructure, and security.
- Evaluate enterprise applications and IT solutions, including ERP and CRM systems, and recommend best-fit technologies.
- Build target-state IT operating models, including ITSM capabilities, organizational structures, and future ways of working.
- Develop RFPs, evaluate vendor proposals, and guide solution procurement and implementation.
- Manage implementation roadmaps for phased delivery using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Conduct POCs, pilots, and rapid prototyping to validate technology solutions.
- Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and architectural patterns to drive innovation.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and technology consulting.
- Hands-on knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Deep understanding of DevOps, IT security, business processes, and digital transformation.
- Expertise in solution design, architecture frameworks, and project management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and mentor team members.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced degree in business management or technology strategy.
- Experience in Industrial Manufacturing, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors is a plus.
