Key Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Mumbai, your role will include:

• Partnering with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other executives to address technology challenges.
• Leading business and technology workshops to define “as-is” and design future state IT strategies.
• Designing enterprise-level target state architecture across presentation, business logic, data, infrastructure, and security layers.
• Evaluating and recommending enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, and more) aligned with business goals.
• Driving digital transformation initiatives using best practices, security models, and DevOps methodology.
• Leading proof of concepts (POCs), pilots, and rapid technology prototyping.
• Designing and implementing IT operating models, including IT service management (ITSM) and IT org structures.
• Creating and managing RFPs for procurement and implementation of technology solutions.
• Developing and managing roadmaps for phase-wise IT delivery using Agile and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong background in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience in solution design and enterprise-level architecture.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and ITSM frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across industries and manage C-level client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Industry exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering IT strategy and transformation projects.
