Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – HR Transformation, your key responsibilities include:
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency and recommend innovative approaches for HR transformation initiatives
- Participate in team problem-solving and offer solutions to client challenges
- Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support HR strategies and initiatives

- Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and presentation tools
- Understanding of HR transformation concepts, including HR lifecycle events and talent management
- Knowledge of design thinking methodologies applied to HR processes
- Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, IT, or related fields
- 5–7 years’ experience in consulting firms or relevant industry roles
