📝 Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant – Bid Management and Growth Office, you will:

• Lead and support end-to-end bid management processes for large, complex RFIs and RFPs in managed services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to collect data, develop solution documents, and coordinate commercial discussions.
• Review effort estimations as a subject matter expert and validate costing assumptions with cost owners.
• Develop and analyze financial models including pricing scenarios, sensitivity analysis, and commercial constructs aligned to client needs.
• Serve as the commercial gatekeeper, ensuring key contract terms and financial metrics meet Deloitte’s and clients’ standards.
• Facilitate risk and independence checks during the sales pursuit process.
• Engage with internal leaders and stakeholders to drive successful deal closures.
• Maintain strong client relationships by effectively communicating and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Manage ambiguity and prioritize multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

• Deep understanding of IT outsourcing, BPO, and managed services industry.
• Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis capabilities.

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years professional experience, including 2-3 years in pre-sales, bid management, or commercial roles within managed services.
• MBA from a recognized Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Prior experience working in large consulting or professional services organizations is a plus.
