Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Generative AI / Machine Learning, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and data-driven applications using the latest AI frameworks.
- Implement NLP, LLM, and chatbot solutions leveraging tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and transformer-based architectures.
- Work on deep learning projects including CNNs, GANs, transformers, and encoder-decoder models for image and text generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, developers, and business consultants) to build scalable AI-driven products.
- Deploy and manage AI/ML models on cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
- Conduct data preprocessing, statistical modeling, and validation to support AI product development.
- Provide technical thought leadership in Generative AI and Data Science, advising clients on strategic adoption.
- Build, document, and maintain APIs using frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends, frameworks, and open-source technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to Deloitte’s AI knowledge base.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
Experience
- 5 – 8 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Science.
- Proven expertise in Python programming and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy.
- Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), Deep Learning architectures, and NLP techniques.
- Experience in AI application deployment using Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
- Familiarity with cloud services (GCP, Azure, AWS) for AI/ML model deployment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and prompt engineering for Generative AI solutions.
- Hands-on exposure to chatbot development and conversational AI.
- Strong background in data preprocessing, model optimization, and API integration.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
