Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant in Generative AI & AI/ML, your primary duties will include:
- Designing, developing, and deploying advanced Generative AI models and solutions.
- Applying expertise in Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, and NLP to build conversational AI and language models.
- Leveraging LangChain, Langraph, and Large Language Models (LLMs) for chatbot and language-based applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect AI algorithms tailored to client needs.
- Leading deployment of AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Conducting thorough data analysis, preprocessing, and model validation to ensure data-driven decisions.
- Staying current with emerging AI/ML technologies and proactively adopting new tools and frameworks.
- Building scalable web applications using frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
- Managing multiple AI projects, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior team members.
- Preparing technical documentation, client presentations, and training materials.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and AI/ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
- Proven experience with Generative AI, Deep Learning (CNN, GANs, Transformers, Encoder-Decoder models).
- Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and conversational AI development.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Langraph, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and deployment pipelines.
- Experience in web application development with Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Proactive learner with a passion for innovation and technology trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Prior experience as a Consultant or Senior Consultant in AI/ML, Data Science, or Technology Transformation.
- Demonstrated success delivering AI/ML solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts.
