Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting engagements with Indian banks, NBFCs, and fintech organizations.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide strategic recommendations across:
- Business strategy & transformation
- Digital transformation initiatives
- Customer experience optimization
- Product innovation for retail & corporate lending, microfinance, and fintech collaborations
- Support clients in adopting new technologies, including core banking upgrades, CRM systems, and loan origination platforms.
- Collaborate with CXOs, business heads, and operations teams to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Develop market insights, POVs, and thought leadership content on financial services trends.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, RFPs, and proposals.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to execute complex projects successfully.
Must-Have Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Indian financial services ecosystem, especially banking and NBFC operations.
- Proven experience in business strategy, digital transformation, and customer experience programs.
- Hands-on expertise in loan origination systems, CRM upgrades, and fintech collaborations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
- 8–12 years of experience in financial services consulting, strategy, or digital transformation.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
