Key Responsibilities
Finance Transformation & Process Optimization
- Lead finance transformation initiatives using Tagetik and Oracle EBS R12.x modules.
- Streamline GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management processes to improve efficiency.
- Implement cost management strategies and optimize working capital across projects.
Technical Implementation & Integration
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Tagetik solutions for enterprise finance operations.
- Provide technical guidance for integration with Oracle EBS modules.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations such as GST/VAT and TDS/Withholding.
Stakeholder Management & Advisory
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end finance solutions.
- Present insights, dashboards, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to Deloitte’s finance standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle EBS R12.x modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Cost Management, Taxation.
- Strong experience in Tagetik implementations and finance process automation.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and system integration.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and transformative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in finance transformation and ERP systems, preferably with Big 4 consulting experience.
- Proven track record in delivering finance automation and transformation projects.
