Key Responsibilities
- Deliver OneStream consolidation and planning modules for clients.
- Integrate OneStream with multiple source systems as per client requirements.
- Customize, deploy, and optimize OneStream solutions for financial planning and consolidation.
- Support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Lead teams in handling month-end close, financial planning, and consolidation processes.
- Serve as a techno-functional solution architect for OneStream issues and enhancements.
- Conduct functional and technical testing, bug fixes, and system enhancements.
- Participate in presales, business development, and knowledge management activities.
- Proactively identify improvement areas and recommend innovative solutions.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong expertise in OneStream products, consolidation, and planning modules.
- Experience in workflow and metadata design within OneStream.
- Ability to write OneStream codes/rules and provide system solutions independently.
- Strong leadership and man-management skills to lead consultancy assignments.
- Logical, proactive, and organized approach to problem-solving.
- Open to learning new technologies and adopting innovative approaches.
Qualifications
- 6-9 years of relevant experience in financial planning, consolidation, and EPM solutions.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with OneStream products.
- Proven experience in designing workflows, metadata management, and system integration.
