Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte India, your role will include:

  • Design & Development: Lead the development of intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Python, LLMs, and frameworks like Rasa, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
  • AI & NLP: Utilize advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLAMA) for domain-specific tasks.
  • System Integration: Integrate chatbots with web and mobile platforms, messaging channels like WhatsApp, Slack, and APIs to enhance user engagement.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize chatbot performance using analytics, debugging, and real-time feedback loops to improve user interactions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and designers to ensure a seamless and human-like conversational user experience (UX).
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all chatbot solutions meet privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.
  • Agile Methodology: Drive Agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of solutions and exceptional client service.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Backend Development: 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Java and Python, particularly in building AI-driven applications.
  • LLM Expertise: Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, LLAMA, Claude) and frameworks like Rasa and LangChain.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Proficiency in tokenization, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI model fine-tuning.
  • API Development: Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with messaging platforms.
  • Tech Stack: Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
  • Version Control: Strong experience with Git and collaborative tools like GitHub or Bitbucket.
  • Real-Time Data: Skilled in handling real-time data using REST or GraphQL APIs.

Nice to Have

  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including Lambda, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
  • Frontend Technologies: Familiarity with React, HTML/CSS for developing chatbot interfaces.
  • Speech-to-Text Systems: Knowledge of speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies.
  • Ethical AI: Understanding of ethical AI, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and responsible AI practices.

Education
