Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will be responsible for:

1. ERP Implementation & Technical Expertise

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).
• Provide high-level technical design and code development for AX and D365 F&O projects.
• Plan and execute deployment strategies for large-scale ERP systems.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed for software quality and performance.

2. Technical Development & Customization

• Develop custom solutions using X++, MorphX, and integrate with other Microsoft technologies.
• Work with C#, .NET, and Azure technologies to extend ERP functionality and ensure smooth operations.
• Build and manage custom reports and dashboards using Power BI and Azure Data Lake.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Independently interact with clients to understand business requirements and propose tailored ERP solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support and training for client teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to drive project success.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest trends in Microsoft Dynamics AX and ERP technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.

Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 4+ years of experience in ERP implementations, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX.
• Hands-on experience with X++, MorphX, and other Dynamics AX/365 F&O customizations.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, and Azure technologies for ERP solution development.
• Familiarity with Lifecycle Services, TFS, DevOps, and Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MCA, or related fields.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O or ERP systems are a plus.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or technical lead role in ERP projects.
