Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation consulting projects for government and public sector clients.
- Manage cloud infrastructure monitoring, migration, and SLA tracking as per RFP terms.
- Work on Aadhaar/e-KYC projects including AUA/Sub-AUA integrations.
- Support IT implementation projects with strong knowledge of SDLC processes.
- Prepare detailed As-Is/To-Be documentation and process mapping.
- Monitor and track progress of large-scale IT and eGovernance projects.
- Provide client-ready presentations, reports, and communication for project updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Expertise
Technical & Functional Skills
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure management and monitoring.
- Familiarity with Aadhaar/e-KYC and eGovernance projects.
- Strong grasp of IT implementation and SDLC methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in SLA tracking and compliance monitoring.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Hindi proficiency highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
- Prior experience with government or public sector consulting projects.
