Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Smart City and Digital Governance Projects, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting implementation of Smart City initiatives such as Integrated Traffic Management Systems (ITMS), CCTV surveillance, and e-Governance platforms.
- Conducting field visits and capturing detailed documentation to support project progress and government compliance.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals with client expectations.
- Coordinating effectively with government officials, vendors, and Deloitte’s cross-functional teams.
- Participating in stakeholder meetings, requirement analysis, and process improvement discussions.
- Ensuring timely delivery of project documentation, reports, and updates to senior management.
Key Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience in Smart City project delivery.
- Deep understanding of ITMS, public safety technology, and e-Governance systems.
- Strong project documentation and field coordination capabilities.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with government project lifecycles and compliance protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in IT, Electronics, or related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting, government, or smart infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience in government advisory or urban digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
