The Senior Consultant will work on buy-side/sell-side due diligence, M&A engagements, and cloud-based analytics solutions, delivering actionable insights for complex business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Apply industry-leading methodologies to govern and manage client data assets.
• Implement data strategy frameworks, covering data governance, quality, monetization, and enterprise data management.
• Build and deploy cloud/on-prem solutions, including ELT processes, modern data warehouses, data marts, and BI layers.
• Handle large datasets using advanced analytics and cloud tools.
• Work on M&A engagements, identifying value creation opportunities through analytics.
• Lead mid-to-large sized deals and ensure smooth client delivery across regions.
• Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Prepare demo tools and dashboards for client presentations.
• Deliver direct client engagement services, offering actionable insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to build cloud-based automation tools for due diligence, reporting, and analytics.
• Exhibit high initiative, adapt to new challenges, and manage multiple workstreams efficiently.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in MS Azure services: Data Factory, Data Explorer, Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Analysis Services, and Databricks.
• Expertise in Business Intelligence tools: PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, with advanced GeoSpatial analysis (Azure Maps, ArcGIS).
• Programming skills in Python, NoSQL, PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of data orchestration, ingestion, ELT, and data design patterns.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques (regression, classification, optimization).
• Strong understanding of BI practices, visualization, and analytics trends.
• Experience in M&A domains: due diligence, deal structuring, financial reporting, and post-merger analytics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and regions.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of relevant work experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business Intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s in Business, Analytics, or related domain preferred.
• Proven track record of implementing data-as-an-asset services and BI tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms, analytics, and enterprise data solutions.
• Strong client engagement, leadership, and project management experience.
