Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte India, you will:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the Financial Services sector, with a focus on delivering value through digital transformation.
- Strategic Consulting: Leverage your deep industry knowledge to provide strategic insights that address client business challenges, including process optimization, product development, and service innovation.
- Operational & Digital Transformation: Lead and contribute to digital and strategic transformations by integrating emerging digital technologies and data-driven solutions to improve client operations.
- Business Analysis & Recommendations: Identify key business issues, assess needs, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
- Proposal Development: Participate in the creation and presentation of proposals to drive new business opportunities and enhance Deloitte’s presence in the Financial Services industry.
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Gain an understanding of compliance procedures and policies relevant to Banking, Insurance, and Wealth Management firms.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- Financial Services Expertise: Strong understanding of the Banking, Insurance, NBFCs, or Payments industries, gained through consulting or industry experience.
- Digital Transformation: Proficiency in driving digital and strategic transformations using cutting-edge technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Structured thinking and analytical skills to solve complex client problems and deliver impactful solutions.
- Client-Facing Experience: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
- Project Management: Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Compliance Knowledge: Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory standards for financial institutions, such as banks, insurance firms, and wealth managers.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with clients across the Middle East, South East Asia, or India in the Financial Services sector.
- Familiarity with big data, cloud technologies, and cognitive solutions in business transformation.
- A background in business intelligence, data visualization, or analytics.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Consulting or industry roles, with a focus on digital transformation and business strategy.
