Summary

Deloitte is hiring a Senior Consultant – Conversational AI (LLM/NLP/Generative AI Specialist) for its Technology & Transformation (T&T) Customer Solutions & Delivery (CS&D) practice in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Mumbai. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–10 years of experience in Conversational AI, Generative AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs). As a Conversational AI Consultant, you will design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade conversational applications using platforms like Kore AI, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, and MS Bot Framework, while integrating cutting-edge LLMs such as GPT-3, GPT-4, Azure OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI.

Key Responsibilities

As a Conversational AI Consultant at Deloitte, you will:

• Design and implement conversational AI solutions using platforms such as Kore AI, AWS Lex, Google Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework.
• Develop and optimize chatbots, voice bots, and virtual assistants with NLP/NLU capabilities.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-3, GPT-4, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and LLaMA.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Python, Node.js, and FastAPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, designers, and developers.
• Mentor junior AI engineers on Generative AI, prompt engineering, and NLP tuning.
• Continuously enhance bot performance through optimization, testing, and fine-tuning.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and conversational platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–10 years of experience in Conversational AI / NLP / Generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with conversational AI frameworks: Kore AI, AWS Lex, Google Dialogflow, MS Bot Framework.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs (GPT-3, GPT-4, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex, LLaMA, or similar).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering (few-shot, one-shot, zero-shot learning).
• Experience developing enterprise integrations and third-party API connections.
• Familiarity with transfer learning, pre-training techniques, and AI model deployment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex AI solutions clearly.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
