Responsibilities
As a Senior CSV Consultant, you will:
- Develop and execute end-to-end validation strategies for SAP and enterprise systems in regulated LSHC environments.
- Ensure compliance with GxP regulations, 21 CFR Part 11/820, EU Annex 11, and other relevant standards.
- Act as a Validation Subject Matter Expert, supporting creation of URS, FRS, DS, IQ/OQ/PQ plans, Validation Summary Reports, and related deliverables.
- Perform data migration validation, supplier assessments, and infrastructure qualification for GxP-relevant systems.
- Define and implement test strategies and plans, including test data creation and execution across SDLC phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure validated systems meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal audits, inspections, and change control activities, including deviation handling and CAPA implementation.
- Maintain validated state of IT systems and provide guidance on risk assessments and data privacy compliance.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of CSV processes, GxP regulations, and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, MRP, QMS, LIMS, and cloud-based systems.
- Expertise in validation documentation, functional testing, and risk assessment.
- Experience in data migration validation, deviation management, and supplier assessment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and precision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute.
- 8+ years in CSV, quality assurance, or regulated environment validation.
- Willingness to travel short- or long-term as project requirements dictate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
