✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality learning interventions: training strategy, needs analysis, virtual instructor-led trainings (vILTs), self-paced learning, digital products, and performance support tools.
- Conceptualize and deliver design projects, from content development to creative execution.
- Manage learning projects and deliverables to business-ready standards with limited oversight.
- Participate actively in discussions with clients and teams to suggest innovative learning solutions.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of current learning efforts.
- Align content and visual elements with client brand guidelines.
- Conduct research, storyboarding, and design reference sessions to enhance project outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive designs, and technological advancements in learning and change management.
🛠️ Desired Qualifications
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in technology transformation projects.
- Good knowledge of ERP applications: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, and SAP Enable Now.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management.
- Instructional Designer, Digital Content Creator, or related role with a minimum of 6 years of corporate experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing clean and creative instructional design.

- Hybrid work model with occasional travel to client locations
