Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Organization Transformation team, you will:
- Lead and manage learning interventions: training needs analysis, curriculum design, digital learning, vILTs, expert-led sessions, and performance support tools.
- Independently oversee conceptualization and delivery of training design projects.
- Deliver business-ready project outcomes with limited oversight.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to present new ideas and design strategies.
- Develop learning content and ensure alignment with client brand guidelines.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Conduct design research, brainstorming, and storyboarding sessions with stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital learning innovations, and competitive practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience: 6+ years in Instructional Design, Learning Development, Change Management, or Digital Content Creation.
- Strong expertise in ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce).
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools: Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, SAP Enable Now.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Excellent time and project management abilities with multi-project handling experience.
- Portfolio showcasing clean, creative learning design and digital assets.
