EY (Ernst & Young) is hiring a Senior Consultant – Business Consulting Risk (Financial Services, CNS, Digital Risk) in Mumbai, India. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading financial services organizations on enterprise risk, technology risk, and digital risk management. The role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in risk consulting, internal audit, or compliance, holding a CA, MBA, or related qualification.

As a Senior Consultant at EY, you will collaborate with global teams, design innovative risk strategies, mentor junior staff, and help clients transform business processes while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in EY’s Business Consulting Risk – Digital Risk team, your role will include:

• Supporting managers in developing new risk methodologies and internal initiatives.
• Identifying and escalating potential risk red flags during engagements.
• Preparing reports, presentations, deliverables, and audit committee updates.
• Managing multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.
• Performing data analytics using Access, ACL, and other tools.
• Ensuring compliance with internal auditing standards (IIA/ICAI).
• Managing budgets, supporting business development, and drafting proposals.
• Mentoring interns and analysts, ensuring quality outputs from the team.
• Identifying and pursuing additional business opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Acting as a client-facing representative of EY to deliver practical, risk-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA, or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in risk consulting, internal audit, compliance, or digital risk management.
