Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain professional client relationships and manage accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with EY standards, processes, and policies.
- Contribute to EY initiatives to enhance market leadership, quality, and operational excellence.
Domain Expertise & Transformation Delivery
- Apply in-depth urban sector knowledge in consulting projects.
- Provide expertise in Procurement, Integrated Planning, Network Design, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Strategy, and Logistics.
- Conduct automation opportunity assessments, collaborating with solution architects and process experts.
- Prepare As-Is and To-Be process documentation and key-stroke process documentation.
- Liaise with automation developers and process experts to support UAT and solution implementation.
- Manage project risks and provide input to the change control process within planning constraints.
Leadership & Mentoring
- Take a lead role in recruitment and team mentoring activities.
- Guide junior consultants in project delivery, process documentation, and client engagement.
Skills & Attributes

Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Arch + Masters in Urban Planning or Management.
- 4–8 years of post-qualification experience in consulting or industry.
- Proven expertise in at least three of the following areas:
- Business Transformation & Process Re-engineering
- Market Assessment & Post-Merger Integration
- Strategy & Business Planning
- Sales & Marketing Improvement / Transformation
- Strategic Cost Reduction
- Supply Chain Management / Transformation
- In-depth domain knowledge in Urban sector projects.
