Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Technical Excellence
- Lead urban sector transformation projects for government and corporate clients.
- Manage client accounts and establish long-term professional relationships.
- Identify business development opportunities to meet growth targets.
- Ensure compliance with EY standards, policies, and processes.
- Provide expertise in procurement, integrated planning, network design, supply chain, sales and marketing, strategy, and logistics.
- Mentor junior team members and lead recruitment initiatives.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Conduct automation opportunity assessments with process experts.
- Develop As-Is and To-Be process documentation and key-stroke process guides.
- Collaborate with solution architects and automation developers to implement automation solutions and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Communicate project risks and issues to project managers and support change control processes.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Deep domain knowledge in urban sector consulting and transformation projects.

- Proficiency in MS Office, report writing, and business documentation.

Qualifications
- Education: B.Arch + Master’s in Urban Planning or Management.
- Experience: 4–8 years in consulting or industry with practical exposure to business transformation, process re-engineering, market assessment, post-merger integration, strategy, and supply chain management.
- Competencies: Expertise in at least three functional areas such as procurement, logistics, integrated planning, strategy, or sales and marketing transformation.
