Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management

Domain Expertise & Project Delivery
- Provide domain knowledge in FMCG, Automotive, or Diversified Industrial Products.

- Drive business transformation, process improvement, market assessment, and post-merger integration initiatives.
Team Leadership & Recruitment
- Mentor junior team members and take the lead in recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and operational excellence.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong knowledge in business transformation, process re-engineering, and strategy implementation.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide practical solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech or CA + MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
