Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst, your role will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements
- Analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Creating process models, workflows, and system design documents
- Translating business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Supporting the implementation and testing of solutions across enterprise systems
- Leading workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment of business goals
- Preparing documentation, user manuals, and training materials
- Ensuring solutions comply with business policies, regulatory standards, and IT governance
Required Skills and Experience
- ✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst
- ✅ Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- ✅ Experience with business process modeling, wireframes, and documentation
- ✅ Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments
- ✅ Understanding of CRM, ERP, or other enterprise platforms
- ✅ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- ✅ Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines
- ✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MCA, B.Tech, or BE in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Experience in consulting, enterprise software delivery, or digital transformation projects
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA (nice to have)
