Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Azure, your responsibilities will include:
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure for enterprise clients.
- Implement Azure IaaS, PaaS, and networking services while ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using ARM Templates, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Configure Azure Active Directory, role-based access control, and cloud security policies.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud resources using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution architecture, migration, and DevOps integration.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Participate in client engagements, status reporting, and delivery of high-quality cloud solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, Azure Active Directory, virtual networks, storage, and compute services.
- Proficiency in ARM Templates, PowerShell scripting, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Experience with monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and cost optimization in Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure Security Engineer.
- Experience in cloud migration, hybrid cloud deployments, and enterprise-scale projects.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Location & Way of Working
- Base locations: Pune or Bengaluru.
- Hybrid work model with flexible on-site/client engagement as per project requirements.
- Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
