Responsibilities
As a Senior AMS Consultant / Support Engineer, you will:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of automation and support solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across platforms.
- Understand and document as-is business processes to design scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test scenarios, and deployment plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate UAT & production activities.
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Support the change control process and ensure robust release management.
Required Skills
We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer / AMS Specialist with:
- 2+ years in AMS or similar support engineering roles (minimum 2 successful project implementations).
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (B.Tech/BE).
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.
- Proficiency with tools like SQL, SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, and Azure Cloud Platform.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing documentation and issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
You’ll stand out if you also have:
- Familiarity with performance analytics, data visualization, and relational data mapping.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level cloud deployments and automation tools.
- Exposure to BPCL environments or similar enterprise infrastructure.
Work Model & Travel
- Base Location: Mumbai (Also hiring in Bengaluru, Pune, Delhi, and Hyderabad)
- Way of Working: Hybrid (on-site + remote)
