You will design, implement, and maintain SailPoint-based solutions, enhance compliance frameworks, and support enterprise security initiatives. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in SailPoint 8.x development, Java programming, and IAM processes, with optional SailPoint certification depending on experience level.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SailPoint 8.x solutions, including rules, workflows, provisioning, and LCM processes.
- Implement roles, policies, certifications, and identity mappings.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize SailPoint solutions, ensuring secure access and compliance.
- Integrate SailPoint with various enterprise applications and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with project teams in an Agile environment, contributing to requirement gathering, design, and implementation.
- Maintain documentation, email templates, and deployment processes for SailPoint solutions.
- Participate in IAM strategy discussions, providing guidance on identity governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint 8.x and IAM development.
- Proficiency in Java / Beanshell programming.
- Understanding of roles, policies, certifications, workflows, provisioning, and identity correlation.
- Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
- SailPoint certification is mandatory for 2–3 years of experience, optional for 3+ years.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with custom connectors and SailPoint integration with other enterprise tools.
- Knowledge of Rest APIs and deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of identity governance frameworks (IGF) and cloud IAM solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
- 3–12 years of experience in SailPoint Identity Management, cybersecurity, or IAM projects.
