PwC India is seeking a skilled Senior Associate – SailPoint Identity Management to join our Advisory – Risk & Cybersecurity team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on identity and access management (IAM), ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain SailPoint 8.x solutions, implement governance policies, and optimize identity lifecycle management processes. Ideal candidates have 3–12 years of experience in SailPoint development, strong Java/Beanshell skills, and familiarity with Agile project methodologies. SailPoint certification is mandatory for 2–3 years of experience, recommended for 3+ years.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SailPoint 8.x solutions, including rules, workflows, provisioning, and LCM processes.
- Implement and manage roles, policies, certifications, identity mappings, and correlation.
- Troubleshoot and debug SailPoint solutions, ensuring secure and compliant access.
- Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Support Agile project environments, contributing to requirements gathering, design, and implementation.
- Maintain documentation, email templates, and deployment processes for SailPoint solutions.
- Participate in IAM strategy discussions, advising on identity governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in SailPoint 8.x development.
- Proficiency in Java / Beanshell programming.
- Understanding of roles, policies, certifications, workflows, provisioning, identity correlation.
- Experience in Agile project methodologies.
- SailPoint certification mandatory for 2–3 years of experience, optional for 3+ years.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with custom connectors and SailPoint integration with multiple enterprise tools.
- Knowledge of Rest APIs and deployment best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud IAM platforms, identity governance frameworks, and enterprise security tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
- 3–12 years of relevant experience in identity and access management or SailPoint development.
