Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate – Financial Diligence at EY New Delhi, you will:
- Analyze financial statements, projections, and underlying assumptions.
- Identify deal issues and assess their impact on valuation and structuring.
- Conduct financial due diligence for M&A, private equity, and corporate clients.
- Evaluate transaction risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Provide insights into competitive positioning, opportunities, and challenges of target companies.
- Prepare clear, well-structured financial diligence reports.
- Collaborate with senior team members and clients across multiple industries.

- Solid academic foundation in finance, accounting, and valuation.
