About the Team
Deloitte’s Change Management Operate team helps global clients manage complex transformations by combining structured change methodologies, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement practices.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable change programs that drive measurable results — all while gaining mentorship, skill-building, and continuous growth opportunities through Deloitte’s Human Capital Practice.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Execution
- Support delivery of change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness assessments.
- Coordinate and maintain stakeholder maps, impact logs, and adoption dashboards to track progress.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to assess readiness and analyze data for targeted interventions.
- Contribute to change deliverables such as newsletters, FAQs, presentations, and training guides.
- Assist in tracking KPIs and adoption metrics (e.g., sentiment, training completion, communication reach).
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal and client teams to support communication and engagement strategies.
- Help create digital and print assets that promote adoption and engagement.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure proper version control of project materials.
Data & Reporting
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and change trackers using Excel or visualization tools.
- Analyze survey results and feedback data to generate actionable insights for leadership.
Methodology & Process
- Apply structured frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Agile Change Management.
- Support continuous improvement of change management templates, processes, and knowledge repositories.
Skills & Competencies
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields).
- 1–3 years of experience in change management, HR transformation, organizational development, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational discipline.
Good to Have
- Exposure to change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) or relevant certifications.
- Experience in ERP or digital transformation projects (SAP, Workday, Oracle).
- Familiarity with survey and analytics tools such as Qualtrics, MS Forms, or Tableau.
- Experience with collaboration tools like Miro, Smartsheet, JIRA, or Asana.
- Exposure to design and visualization tools (Canva, Power BI, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or content delivery tools.
Technical Proficiency
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite for project documentation and presentations.
- Familiarity with data visualization and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to interpret feedback and performance metrics to guide change strategies.
