Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP CRM modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for CRM, sales, marketing, and service operations.
- Translate functional requirements into system designs and configurations.
- Conduct solution design workshops, gap analysis, and blueprinting.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integration with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
- Assist with testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues while suggesting process improvements.
- Stay current with SAP CRM updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years in SAP CRM functional consulting/support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Sales, Marketing, Service, and Interaction Center modules.
- Good understanding of CRM business processes and integration techniques.
- Exposure to SAP ERP/S4HANA integration and data flow processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional, collaborative teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies & SAP project lifecycle preferred.
- SAP CRM certification is a plus.
