Role Overview: Senior Learning Technology Analyst – Workforce Transformation
As a Senior Analyst in Learning Technology Operations at Deloitte, you will be the first line of support for client systems, managing ticket resolution, system documentation, and technical troubleshooting. Your expertise with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) will help ensure smooth operation of learning platforms and contribute to workforce transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, prioritize, and manage incoming support tickets based on urgency and impact.
- Accurately log and track new system tickets, ensuring detailed information capture.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, user manuals, and system specifications.
- Understand system features, interfaces, and functionalities to provide effective support.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries with clear and concise communication.
- Utilize knowledge bases and scripts to troubleshoot common learning technology issues.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical problems requiring in-depth system knowledge.
- Collaborate with technical teams and developers for advanced troubleshooting when necessary.
- Document frequently encountered issues and solutions to enrich the support knowledge base.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding ticket statuses and resolution timelines.
- Deliver post-resolution support to ensure client satisfaction and understanding.
- Stay informed on system updates, patches, and new feature releases impacting client systems.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and improve team performance.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to ticket resolution efficiency and client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience in Learning Technology Operations, preferably with strong exposure to Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
- Proven analytical skills with an ability to troubleshoot and solve complex system issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience with additional LMS platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite at client locations within Bangalore.
