Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst – Change Management Operate (Learning) at Deloitte, you will:
- Partner with consulting teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning needs.
- Design and develop instructional content using ADDIE and adult learning principles.
- Manage training modules, including planning, version control, stakeholder reviews, and QA.
- Create e-learning, ILT, simulations, and performance support tools using authoring platforms.
- Collaborate with visual design teams to produce engaging, branded learning solutions.
- Conduct peer reviews to maintain quality standards and consistency.
- Oversee the end-to-end learning lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
- Use learner feedback, surveys, and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building internal best practices, templates, and asset libraries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science.
- 3–5 years of professional work experience.
- Proven instructional design or learning & development (L&D) experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent advanced degree.
- Exposure to organizational change management or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with survey tools (Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms, MS Teams Polls).
- Experience with graphic design, motion graphics, or video editing tools (Adobe Suite, Vyond).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Enable Now, WalkMe).
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of survey platforms and data analytics for training effectiveness.
