About the Role
As an Associate Manager in WCAS, you will lead projects that optimize client working capital, enhance liquidity, and deliver measurable cash benefits. You will develop advanced financial and operational models, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with global EY teams to design and implement solutions across industries such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Automotive, Advanced Manufacturing, and Consumer Products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagement teams in executing WCAS projects, supporting working capital optimization and cash positioning strategies.
- Develop and maintain customer, supplier, product, and cash flow models to measure opportunities and benefits.
- Analyze historical transactional and financial data, market trends, and operational metrics.
- Present solutions and deliverables to clients, clearly communicating assumptions, methodologies, and business implications.
- Contribute to proposals, participate in new business opportunities, and support thought leadership initiatives.
- Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on analytics, methodologies, and professional growth.
- Use tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, advanced MS Excel, SQL, Python/R (optional) for data analysis and visualization.
- Collaborate with EY offices globally to deliver high-quality client engagements.
