Summary
Join EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) as an Associate Manager in Working Capital Advisory Services (WCAS) in Pune. This role is ideal for professionals with 6–8 years of experience in operational improvement, supply chain, and financial planning & analysis. You will drive working capital optimization, cash flow forecasting, and process transformation for clients across industries, leveraging data analytics and financial modeling expertise.
As part of EY’s Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team, you will lead end-to-end engagement teams, delivering insights, optimizing processes, and contributing to transaction advisory and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead WCAS engagements, supporting working capital optimization, strategy, and process improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain customer, supplier, product, and cash flow models for insights-driven decisions.
- Analyze transactional and financial data, benchmarking against industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with client teams to tailor solutions and ensure alignment with operational and financial objectives.
- Present deliverables and solutions, clearly communicating assumptions, methodologies, and business implications.
- Support proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure high-quality output across engagements.
- Utilize Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and advanced Excel for data analytics and reporting.
- Manage medium to large-scale projects, track deliverables, and maintain engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Postgraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, or computer science from a premier institute.
- Experience: 6–8 years in working capital, supply chain, accounts receivable/payable, and financial planning/analysis.
- Functional Skills: Inventory optimization, cash flow forecasting, credit & receivables management, payables management.
- Analytical Skills: Data analytics using Power BI, Alteryx, SQL; good to have Python/R, VBA, Snowflake/Databricks.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Project management, stakeholder communication, team mentoring, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- Travel: Willingness to undertake international and domestic travel as required.
